Dough Boys

I've always wanted to make nice yummy challahs for the weekend - think French toast, grilled cheese and the like. But I've had a love and hate relationship with bread making in the past. So the boys and I have decided to start a new tradition to bake our own loaf each week- here are the bread chronicles part one. I'd like to think I've made some progress today. At the very minimum, loaf number one smelled wonderful while it was baking and it warmed up the entire house. It didn't turn out that ugly either! Happy weekend.
